Return & Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges & Refunds

We advise all customers to check the merchandise immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected.

All return and exchange requests must be made in a written form to 4sales@lovetheclassic.com within 15 days of receiving the goods.

Please include your Invoice number along with the following information:

-       Company Name

-       Invoice Number

-       Address

-       Style Number

-       Size, Color and Quantity

-       Reason for Return along with images of damaged goods

After review, we will issue an RA (Return Authorization) number to be used as reference.

The Classic will not accept any returns without an RA number.

Return merchandise must be sent back within 7 days after receiving the RA number.

All unauthorized or overdue returns will be charged 20% restocking fee.

Most to all cases are subject to store credit only and not a refund

Customers must keep all packages unopened and include original manufacturer’s packaging and label. All items should be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags. We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returns.
